Requirements

Provide your signed original passport book.
NOTE: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
Three (3) completed Visa Application Form
NOTE: improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa. The signature on each visa application must be original.
Three (3) passport pictures in color, front view and with a plain/light background.
Letter of Authorization to process your visa.

Business Visa applicants must include a business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead from their employer is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Togo. The letter must explain all the following:
Nature of business to be performed; o Name and address of reference to be visited in Ethiopia; o Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant. Applicants must submit with their application an invitation letter from the Ethiopia company they intend to visit.
